Qualifications:

• Customer-facing restaurant experience required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to jump into different roles as needed

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working take-out window: taking orders and assisting customers

• Cash and credit card handling

• Working sandwich assembly station

• Working expo station: handle text messages, DoorDash tablet, online orders

• Prepping food items.

• Assist fry team as needed - kitchen/restaurant experience is a must!

• Side work: preparing 2oz sauces and assembling take-out boxes

• Re-stocking stations, paper goods, etc.

• Nightly cleaning with the closing team

• May be asked to work opening shifts on occasion

• Light prep and knife skills

• Assist the fry station with "back-fry" as needed. Training will be provided.
