Currently, we are hiring for a PART-TIME Prep/Fry Cook.

The schedule is Wednesday /Thursday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. and Friday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  Please do not apply if this schedule does not work for you.

Shift: Wednesday /Thursday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. and Friday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. 

Some responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Prep/brine and clean chicken

  • Prepare all recipes accordingly to strict recipe instructions: sauces, salad dressings, dessert recipe prep, etc.

  • Work fry station for PM shift.

  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

  • Practice safety procedures at all times for the fry station.

  • Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner while keeping fry as clean as possible.

  • Restock all items as needed throughout the shift and clean/maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation skills

  • Ability to lift 50lbs plus. Help put orders away.

  • Be willing to jump into expo station, cashier station, dishwashing - if needed. Everyone does EVERY Job at Love & Honey.

  • Cleaning, trash removal, station set-up, and/or breakdown, etc.


  • Salary is $15/hour + tips!

  • Pooled tips approx $100-200/week based on daily hours worked.

  • 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience.

  • Excellent knife skills.

  • Excellent time management and organization skills.

  • High level of safety and sanitation knowledge (ServSafe Certification preferred, not required.)

Interview Process:
With your consent, we will contact your previous employers for references. Based on the feedback from your references, we will email you to set up an in-person interview. Our interview process works as follows: Step 1: A 20-minute in-person interview at the restaurant. Step 2: Based on the first interview results, we will invite you to work a paid try-out shift. Step 3: Based on your try-out shift results, we will invite you to join the team.
